Primary Administrator and Reply-To Field: The primary administrator holds a significant position in our system. Whenever the system sends out emails, the "reply-to" field is automatically set to the email address of the primary admin. This ensures that any replies or responses from users are directed to the primary admin, enabling efficient communication and prompt resolution of user queries.
Automatic Transition of Primary Admin: In the event that the primary administrator account is deleted by another administrator, the system automatically designates the another administrator as the new primary admin. This seamless transition ensures the continuity of administrative responsibilities and guarantees that there is always a designated primary admin to handle system-related communications.
Changing the Email Address of the Primary Admin: To modify the email address associated with the primary admin, follow these steps:
a. Log in to the administrator account with primary admin privileges.
b. Locate and click on the "Settings" button in the upper right.
c. In the settings menu, navigate to the "Email" section.
d. Enter the new email address you wish to associate with the primary admin.
