What is Typing Test Pro

TypingTest Pro gives your company the tools to easily assess the typing skills of current staff or job candidates. You can set up a customized typing test in minutes using your web browser

Setting up your account is very straightforward. During the account setup, choose your account ID and administrator password and enter your contact information.

On the second page of the account setup you can modify the test settings to your liking.

After setting up your TypingTest Pro account, you can give an easy web link and your Test ID to all test takers. When test takers type the web link into their web browser they are automatically taken to the test. The test can be taken by any number of users during your subscription period and from any number of computers at the same time. Any computer with an Internet connection can be used to take the test.

After completing the test, results are automatically sent to the test takers via email. You can also choose to disable the sending of results so that only the administrator can view the results.

Information on the subscriptions and their pricing can be found in the "Prices & ordering" section. With our payment options, you can choose between a monthly and a yearly billing. Your license will be renewed automatically and you can cancel your subscription easily at any time on your account.

You can easily configure the typing test from the test administrator's web interface. Here are some of the options available for administrators:
- Select the test text from 40+ alternatives  (a numeric test for the Numeric Keypad is also included)
- Set test duration
- Set a limit that the applicant must pass (speed and accuracy)
- Require that the applicant types for the whole test time (results are not sent if the test is not completed)
- Give a welcome message to all applicants
- Request additional information from applicants (e.g. phone number and address)
