Privacy Note - Personal DATA collected Follow
TypingTest Pro (later referred to as the Service) is maintained by Typing Master Finland, Inc. (later referred to as the Service Provider), and is used to provide a platform to test typing speed by the test administrator in the Subscribing Organization.
Who processes your personal data?
The Subscribing Organization is decides how the collected data is used, how long it is stored and who has access to it in their organization, and
The Service Provider provides the platform and processes the data on behalf of the Subscribing Organization.
What kind of personal data is stored in the Service?

| Additional Information | The Subscribing Organization may ask for additional information for the organization's internal purposes. This could be your postal address, phone number etc. |
The Service receives your name and email address and possible additional information when you perform a typing test. The Service also stores data about your typing test attempts, your success in them, and the amount of time you have spent typing. All data is stored in the USA.
The Service Provider may process aggregate usage data internally in order to develop business, services and processes, and to understand the customers’ needs better.
Who else processes your personal data?
The Service Provider's subcontractors may process your personal data. Such subcontractors do not have the right to process your personal data for any other purpose than producing services for us according to the assignment given by us. We have ensured that the subcontractors process personal data lawfully and according to the our policy.
How long is your personal data stored?
Your personal data is stored until the test administrator responsible for your user profile in the Subscribing Organization deletes your data from the Service. If you are unsure whether your personal data still exists in the Service or not and want it to be erased, please contact the test administrator in the Subscribing Organization.
How does the Service protect your personal data?
Whilst stored in the Service, the Service Provider utilizes the industry standard protective manners in order to keep your personal data secure, such as:
The internet connection over which your data is transferred is secured (https)
Data is stored behind a firewall in order to block unauthorized access
Encryption at rest is applied to the database
Access to your personal data is restricted to only the Service Provider personnel who really need it (customer service agent and technical staff). Service Provider's personnel has obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Your rights
The Service Provider processes your personal data because the Subscribing Organization requesting you to take a typing test has taken the Service into use and asked you to complete a typing test. If you do not want to use the Service or wish to have your information removed, please contact the test administrator of the Subscribing Organization.
