Step 1: Accessing the Webstore To begin the ordering process (with a quote)

Please visit our webstore by clicking on the following link: 

 Click here to start ordering with a new Purchase Order.

This link will direct you to the page where you can initiate your order process for a chosen product. Please choose a plan and click Add.  If you are renewing a license, it's recommended to use the email that is connected to your existing account.

Next, you will see this screen where you can enter your Tax Exemption data and/or create a quote.

TIP: To skip creating the Quote, you can also click the INVOICE button on right.

HOW TO ENTER TAX EXEMPTION INFORMATION

Step 2: Generating a Quote from FastSpring  - Merchant of Record (  W9 Form here  )

After you have chosen a product plan and clicked ADD, next you can click to enter your Tax Exempt number and click on the blue link on the top to Generate a Quote. This quote will include all the necessary details for your purchase. After the quote is created, you can print it out, or process it electronically (copy paste the browser link to share it forward!). The Quote you will receive also has a link to the FastSpring W9 Form on the screen, which may be required for tax purposes.

Step 3: Selecting the Payment Method and Entering the Purchase Order Number

After clicking the blue Accept Quote button (using the browser link!) you will continue into the checkout process, you will be prompted to select a payment method. Choose the "invoice" option (or credit card) as your payment method. Afterward, you will be asked to enter your Purchase Order number. Please ensure that you have the correct Purchase Order number at hand to proceed.

Step 4: Printing the Invoice

Once you have completed the checkout process, you will be able to print out the invoice. This invoice will contain all the relevant details of your order, including the mailing address for sending a check.

Tax-Exempt Information: The on-screen invoice will include detailed tax-exempt information if applicable. If your organization is eligible for tax exemption, the invoice will provide the necessary information to facilitate this process.

Step 5: Product Delivery - Payment Terms: 30 Days

After the payment is received, you will receive the product activation confirmation by email.  If you would need the product to be delivered before the payment is done, please contact us.
