Step-by-Step Guide:
1. Locate your INVOICE Email:
- You will receive a monthly or annual email containing a link to your printable receipt from the email address mailer@fastspring.com
- The Subject starts with "Your Renewal Invoice"
2. Whitelist the Email Address to avoid SPAM filter issues:
- Add mailer@fastspring.com to your email provider's whitelist or approved sender list. This step varies based on your email service provider. Consult your provider's documentation or support for specific instructions. The Outlook Safe-Sender instructions are attached below.
3. Accessing Your Invoice:
- Once the email is whitelisted, simply open the email and click on the provided link to access your invoice. The link format will resemble the example below:
